Car
If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto the M6 motorway. From any location in Lancashire, follow signs for the M6 towards Preston. Take exit 29 for the A6 toward Blackburn. After exiting, follow the A6 northbound until you reach the roundabout at the junction with the B5256. Take the 2nd exit onto the B5256 (Blackburn Old Road) and continue for about 1.5 miles. Hoghton Tower will be on your right. There is a car park available on-site, which is usually free.

Take the Stagecoach bus service (Route 125) towards Blackburn. Inform the driver you want to get off at Hoghton, which is approximately a 20-minute ride. Once you get off, Hoghton Tower is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Follow Blackburn Old Road towards the east, and you will see the tower ahead.
