Bus
From the city center, head to the Leeds City Bus Station located at Dyer Street. Take the Number 28 or 29 bus towards Otley. Ensure you board the bus that is heading towards Otley, as this will take you past the Adel Dam Nature Reserve. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Adel Lane' stop, which is closest to the reserve. From there, walk down Adel Lane until you reach Otley Road. The entrance to Adel Dam Nature Reserve is directly opposite the bus stop on Otley Road.

Train and Walk
Take a train from Leeds Railway Station to Horsforth Station, which is about a 15-minute journey. Upon arriving at Horsforth Station, exit the station and turn left onto Station Road. Continue straight until you reach the junction with New Road Side. Cross the road and follow New Road Side until you reach the roundabout. From there, take the second exit onto Otley Road. Continue walking along Otley Road for approximately 1 mile until you reach the entrance to Adel Dam Nature Reserve on your right.

Continue walking straight for about 2 miles. You will pass through various neighborhoods and eventually reach the reserve, which will be on your left side.
