I really enjoyed the 5k run with Paula. We started with a warm-up and ran at a leisurely pace that suited our group. She was relaxed and friendly and had fascinating titbits of information to share as we went along. We finished with a stretch before enjoying our drink and I think everyone in the group was buzzing from the experience. This is the first time I have done a running tour and think it's a fun way to explore an area of London, whether you're a local or a visitor, and get some exercise all at the same time. I would totally recommend to anyone who enjoys running, even a little bit!
