Getting There

  • Walking

    From Covent Garden, head east on Long Acre towards the junction with Drury Lane. Turn left onto Drury Lane and continue straight until you reach the junction with High Holborn. Cross over to the other side of the road and continue straight onto Kingsway. After a short walk, you will reach the Aldwych intersection. Turn right onto the Aldwych and continue until you reach the Strand. At the Strand, turn left and walk until you reach Waterloo Bridge. Cross the bridge to the south bank of the River Thames, where you will see the London Eye directly ahead, located at Riverside Building, County Hall, London SE1 7PB.

  • Bus

    From Covent Garden, walk to the nearest bus stop at Covent Garden (Stop D). Take bus number 171 towards St Thomas' Hospital. After 7 stops, get off at the Waterloo Station (Stop S). From Waterloo Station, it's a short walk to the London Eye. Head south, crossing the road towards the river; you'll see the London Eye just a few minutes' walk ahead.

    Walk to Covent Garden Tube Station and take the Piccadilly Line towards Cockfosters. Travel for one stop and change at Leicester Square Station.
