    Metro

    Start your journey at Newcastle Central Station. Purchase a ticket for the Tyne and Wear Metro system. Board the Metro train heading towards Airport (Yellow line). Stay on the train for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the 'Callerton Parkway' station. Exit the train.

    Upon exiting Callerton Parkway station, turn left onto the main road (A696) and walk for about 10 minutes. You will pass a few residential areas and small shops. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the B6318 (also known as the Ponteland Road) and continue straight.
