Walking
From the Quayside, head west along the riverfront towards the Swing Bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the path along the riverbank. Continue walking until you reach the Ouseburn River. From there, you can take the path leading away from the river toward the city center. Keep walking until you reach the junction with the A186. Turn left onto the A186 and continue until you reach the junction with the A1. At this point, you will begin to see signs for Tyne Riverside Country Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance.

Bus
From Quayside, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Quayside' on Broad Chare. Take the bus number 1 or 4 towards Newburn. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Newburn' stop, and from there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Tyne Riverside Country Park. Head south on Grange Road, and you will find the entrance to the park on your left.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the bike rental stations located along the Quayside. Once you have your bike, head west along the river path towards the Swing Bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the cycle path along the river. After about 5 miles, you will reach Tyne Riverside Country Park, which has designated bike parking areas.
