Car
If you are driving, head towards Craster from Alnwick. Take the A1068 road heading north. After approximately 6 miles, you will reach Craster. Once in Craster, follow the signs to Dunstanburgh Castle. You can park at the designated parking area near the village, but please note parking is limited. After parking, walk along Dunstanburgh Road towards the castle entrance, which is about a 1-mile walk from the village.

Public Transportation
To reach Dunstanburgh Castle using public transport, take the bus from Alnwick to Craster. Bus services such as the X18 run regularly from Alnwick Bus Station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Craster, follow Dunstanburgh Road on foot towards the castle. The castle is about a 20-minute walk from the bus stop, following the signs along the way.
