Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the city center, head towards the main street, Cornmarket Street. Walk straight along Cornmarket Street until you reach the end, where it intersects with the High Street. Turn right onto High Street and continue walking until you see the entrance to Broad Street on your left. Follow Broad Street, and you will find the Bodleian Library at the end of the street, on your left. The full address is Broad St, Oxford OX1 3BG.

• Walking

  If you are near the Ashmolean Museum, exit the museum and walk towards Beaumont Street. Turn left onto Beaumont Street and continue straight until you reach the junction with the High Street. Turn right onto High Street, then take a left onto Broad Street. The Bodleian Library will be located on your left as you walk down Broad Street.

• Bus

  If you are near the train station, you can catch a bus to the city center. Look for buses heading to the city center (most local buses will display a sign for 'City Centre'). Once you arrive at the bus stop in the city center, get off and head towards Cornmarket Street. From there, follow the earlier described walking directions to Bodleian Library.

• Bicycle

  If you are renting a bicycle, head towards the city center. From the City Centre, take St. Aldates Street and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to stay on St. Aldates. Continue until you reach the junction with High Street, then take a left onto High Street. After a short ride, turn left onto Broad Street. The Bodleian Library will be on your left.
