If you're traveling by car, start from the town center of Peebles. Head northwest on the A703 towards Biggar. Continue on this road for approximately 14 miles until you reach Biggar. As you enter Biggar, keep an eye out for the signs indicating Broad Law. From Biggar, follow the signs for the A72 towards Lanark. After about 2 miles, turn left onto the B7016, which leads directly towards Broad Law. The parking area for Broad Law can be found at the end of the road. Note that parking may incur a small fee, so be sure to check the signage upon arrival.

For those using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Peebles to Biggar. The bus service is operated by Borders Buses, and you can find the schedule online or at local bus stops. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Biggar, you will need to walk approximately 2 miles to reach the start of the trail to Broad Law. Head northwest from the bus station on the A72 and then turn left onto the B7016. The trailhead is well-marked, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes for the walk. There may be a small fee for the trail if you choose to park at the trailhead.
