From Peebles, take the A72 towards Selkirk. Continue on the A72 for approximately 7 miles until you reach the junction with the A708. Turn right onto the A708, and follow this road for about 6 miles. You will see Yarrow Stone on your left, just before you reach the village of Yarrow. There is parking available along the road.

From Peebles, you can take the bus service (number 62 or 62A) towards Selkirk. The bus will take you to Selkirk, which is about 7 miles from Peebles. Once you arrive in Selkirk, you will need to catch another bus heading to Yarrow (check the local schedule for availability). The nearest stop to Yarrow Stone is along the A708 road, from which you will have to walk approximately 0.5 miles to reach the stone itself.
