From Pembroke, take the A4139 towards Haverfordwest. Follow signs for the A487 and continue on this road. After about 10 miles, you will reach Fishguard. Continue on the A487 for another 4 miles, then turn left onto B4313 towards Pencaer. Follow B4313 until you see signs for Strumble Head. Once you reach the area, park at the designated parking area near the lighthouse. Note that there may be a parking fee of around £2-£3 for the day.

Take a bus from Haverfordwest bus station to Fishguard. Buses such as the 403 service operate regularly. Once in Fishguard, you can catch the 404 bus towards Strumble Head.
