Had such a good time. Neil was a delight, so knowledgeable and funny … bringing to life the history of Rum … we had cocktails, straight rum & walked away with our own Rum creation. 3 hours plus … masterclass - good value for money. Xxx

Distill a bottle of Gin on mini copper stills

The 🐐 aka, Neil

Neil is the man! His passion for distilling gin and sharing its history comes across in the best way possible. I learned an absolute ton from him, and he's an all-around great person. This is a 5-star place for a reason. Neil teaches the class as a side hobby (hire that man full time!!). He kept us engaged with stories while teaching, and he helped us craft the perfect bottle of gin for a Negroni. I highly recommend this experience to anyone!
