A Royal Mile tour with a whisky finish...

This is a great tour of the Royal Mile, and I especially enjoyed the moments off the beaten path. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a different appreciation for the area from other Edinburgh tours. I only gave 4 stars because I wish the whisky component was featured more prominently in the tour, although we did appreciate ending the tour at the historical pub, and our guides knowledge of the variety of offerings in the flight.

Great Guide and Interesting Stories!

G was an amazing tour guide! He was so funny and personable (bonus for taking a great group picture of me and my friends at the top of the hill!). This was a great way to learn about Edinburgh history while getting to see parts of the city we wouldn't have known about/gone to otherwise. We also went to a pub afterwards that he had recommended and it was great! It wasn't dark during the tour, which kind of took away from the ~dark~ aspect (but that's because it was August). It was chilly, though! We were also a little worried that the tour would be affected by the Fringe Festival (also happening in August) but G navigated us through and away from that efficiently so that we could still gather and hear him. Definitely take this tour if you're in the city!
