If you are driving, start by navigating to Whitby YO22 4DE. Once you arrive in Whitby, look for parking options. The nearest car parks are the West Cliff Car Park and the Abbey Terrace Car Park. From West Cliff Car Park, walk towards the seafront and turn left onto Pier Road. Continue walking until you reach the foot of the 199 Steps, which are located next to Whitby Abbey.

If you are traveling by public transport, take a train to Whitby Railway Station. From the railway station, exit and head towards the town center via Station Square.
