From Windsor, walk to Windsor & Eton Central station. Take a South Western Railway train towards London Waterloo. Alight at Luton station. From Luton, transfer to a Thameslink train heading to Bedford. Get off at Harlington station. At Harlington, follow the signs for the bus stop and catch the Arriva bus 31 towards Dunstable. Get off at Whipsnade Zoo stop, which is a short walk from the main entrance.

From Windsor, head to the nearest bus stop and take bus route 702 towards Dunstable. This bus runs regularly and will take you directly to the Dunstable area. Once you arrive in Dunstable, transfer to the 31 bus towards Whipsnade Zoo. Get off at the zoo stop, which is just a short walk from the entrance.
