Once you arrive at London Waterloo, exit the station and follow the signs to the London Underground. Take the Jubilee Line towards Stanmore and get off at Green Park station. From Green Park, switch to the Piccadilly Line towards Cockfosters and get off at Piccadilly Circus. Finally, take the Bakerloo Line towards Harrow & Wealdstone and get off at Oxford Circus.
