    If you are starting from Windsor Castle, exit through the main gate and head down towards Castle Hill. Continue straight onto the High Street, where you'll find numerous shops and cafes. Walk past the Guildhall and continue straight until you reach the pedestrian area. Look for the signs directing you towards the River Thames. Once you reach the river, follow the path along the water until you see the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto the next street which leads you into the residential area. Queen Charlotte Street will be on your right. It is a short street, so keep an eye out for the street sign.

    From Windsor & Eton Central train station, exit onto the main street and walk straight ahead. Turn left onto the High Street and continue towards Castle Hill. Follow the pedestrian area along the shops until you reach the River Thames. Cross the bridge, and then take the first right onto the residential streets. Queen Charlotte Street will be located on your right-hand side, just a short walk from the river.
