For those using public transportation, take a bus from Montevideo to Valizas. The bus ride takes around 5 hours. Once you arrive in Valizas, you can find a local 4x4 transfer service that will take you directly to Cabo Polonio. The fare for this trip is also around 200 UYU per person, and it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Cabo Polonio.
