From the center of Maldonado, head to the main bus terminal located on Avenida Artigas. Look for the bus line heading towards Pan de Azucar, which is a popular destination. Ensure to purchase a ticket at the terminal or directly from the bus driver. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Pan de Azucar, you will be dropped off at the main square. From there, you can walk towards the Pan de Azucar hill, which is visible from the square.
