From the city center, head to the main bus terminal, Terminal Tres Cruces. Look for buses heading towards 'Cerro'. Specifically, you can take the '186' or '123' bus lines. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop 'Cerro' or 'Fortaleza del Cerro'. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After getting off, walk uphill towards the fortress, which will be clearly visible.
