    From any point in Carrasco, head to the nearest bus stop. Look for the bus lines that go towards Montevideo Centro, specifically lines 21, 710, or 712. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the stop 'Av. Julio Herrera y Reissig'. The ride should take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you disembark, walk south on Av. Julio Herrera y Reissig for about 5 minutes and you will reach Parque Jose Enrique Rodó.

    Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Carrasco to Parque Jose Enrique Rodó. Start on Av. Arocena heading west, then turn left onto Av. Italia. Continue until you reach the park entrance at Av. Julio Herrera y Reissig. This route is around 4km and should take approximately 15-25 minutes depending on your cycling speed.

    Walking

    If you prefer to walk, you can navigate from the center of Carrasco towards Parque Jose Enrique Rodó by heading southwest. Start on Av. Arocena and walk towards Av. Italia, then turn right. Continue walking until you reach Av. Julio Herrera y Reissig. The park will be on your left. This walk will take about 30-40 minutes, covering approximately 3 km.
