    From the Ciudad Vieja area, head to the 'Andes 1972' bus terminal located at Plaza Independencia. Take bus number 706 towards 'Punta del Este' and get off at the 'Punta del Este' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Punta Del Papu, which is located at 3R9R+M38, just follow the signs towards the waterfront.
