From the center of Piriápolis, head northwest on Avenida Piria towards Calle 19 de Abril. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. As you reach the intersection with Route 10, turn left onto Route 10. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see signs for Cerro San Antonio. Follow the signs and take the right fork onto a smaller road that leads directly to the base of the mountain. There is a parking area available at the foot of Cerro San Antonio, which is free of charge.

To reach Cerro San Antonio by public transport, start at the main bus terminal in Piriápolis. Look for the bus that goes towards 'Cerro San Antonio.' The buses run frequently throughout the day. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the designated stop, you may need to walk approximately 1 kilometer up the path to the summit.
