If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Salto Grande Dam. Head southeast on Av. Manuel Oribe towards Artigas. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Artigas Street. Turn right onto Artigas Street and drive for approximately 500 meters. Plaza Artigas will be on your left at Artigas 1162. There is no entry fee for the plaza.
