Getting There

    From Sierra de los Caracoles, head northeast on Route 7. Continue for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Montevideo. Once you reach Montevideo, follow the signs for Av. Italia. Merge onto Av. Italia and continue for about 6 kilometers. Turn right onto Av. José Belloni, and then take another right onto Av. 8 de Octubre. Continue straight until you reach Parque del Prado, which will be on your left. There is no entry fee to the park, and parking is available nearby.

    Starting from Sierra de los Caracoles, you will need to take a bus to Montevideo.
