Car
From Sierra de Minas, head east on Route 8. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with Route 9. Take the exit onto Route 9 towards Punta del Este. After about 15 kilometers, look for the sign for Playa Verde and turn left onto Camino de la Playa. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you arrive at Playa Verde. Parking is available near the beach, but be aware that it may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Playa Verde by public transportation, take a bus from Sierra de Minas to Punta del Este. Buses run frequently throughout the day and the fare is approximately 200 UYU. Once you arrive in Punta del Este, transfer to a local bus heading towards Playa Verde. This bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time, as they can vary. The bus stop is just a short walk from the beach.
