Car
From Sierras de Carapé, head southwest on Ruta 8. Continue on Ruta 8 for approximately 20 kilometers until you reach the junction with Ruta 109. Turn left onto Ruta 109 and continue for about 10 kilometers. You will pass through the small town of Villa Serrana. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating 'Observatorio.' Turn right onto the road leading to M289+G8. The Observatorio will be located at the coordinates provided: -34.3337, -54.9817.
Public Transportation
To reach Observatorio using public transportation, first take a bus from Sierras de Carapé to Villa Serrana. Check the local bus schedule for the most up-to-date routes and times, as services may vary. Once you arrive in Villa Serrana, you can either walk (approximately a 15-minute walk) towards M289+G8 or take a taxi for a small fee (around 200 UYU) to get directly to Observatorio.
