After driving approximately 3 kilometers south on Route 10, turn left onto a dirt road just before reaching the river. Follow this road until you reach the beach area, where you can park your car. From the parking area, walk towards the sea, and you'll see Isla Trolls a short distance offshore.

For those using public transportation, take a local bus from the main terminal in Valizas towards Barra de Valizas. The fare is typically around 50 Uruguayan Pesos. Once you reach Barra de Valizas, disembark at the last stop. From there, walk towards the beach, which is only about 500 meters away. You can then see Isla Trolls from the shore. If you wish to reach the island itself, consider hiring a local boat service, which may charge about 200-300 Uruguayan Pesos per person for a round trip.
