Once you reach Barra de Valizas, disembark at the last stop. From there, walk towards the beach, which is only about 500 meters away. You can then see Isla Trolls from the shore. If you wish to reach the island itself, consider hiring a local boat service, which may charge about 200-300 Uruguayan Pesos per person for a round trip.
