If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Moab, Utah. Head east on Main Street and follow the signs for Highway 191 North. Continue on Highway 191 for about 10 miles until you reach the junction with Highway 313. Turn left onto Highway 313, and follow it for approximately 12 miles. You will see signs for Canyonlands National Park and Buck Canyon Overlook. Keep an eye out for the overlook access road on your right. Once you turn onto this road, follow it to the parking area. Be aware that there may be a national park entry fee which is typically around $30 per vehicle, valid for 7 days.
