Car
If you are driving, start from the Bryce Canyon Visitor Center located at 1 Visitor Center Rd, Bryce Canyon, UT 84764. Head south on UT-63 S for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left onto the road leading into the Bryce Canyon National Park Scenic Drive. Continue along the Scenic Drive for about 4.5 miles. Look for the sign for Upper Inspiration Point, which will be on your left-hand side. There is a small parking area for visitors.
Public Transportation (Shuttle)
During the park's shuttle season, you can take the Bryce Canyon Shuttle from the Visitor Center. Board the shuttle and travel towards the Scenic Drive. Get off at the Upper Inspiration Point stop. The shuttle operates seasonally, so check the schedule in advance. There is typically no cost for the shuttle if you have paid your park entrance fee.
Walking from Nearby Points
If you are already hiking in the park, you can reach Upper Inspiration Point via the Rim Trail. If you are at Sunset Point, head south on the Rim Trail. The distance is approximately 1 mile, and it will take about 30 minutes to walk. The trail offers stunning views and is well-marked. Make sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes and bring water.
