If you are starting from the Park City Main Street area, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the corner of Main Street and 9th Street. Take the Park City Transit bus on the Blue Line, which runs frequently. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes. Disembark at the Marsac Avenue stop. From the bus stop, walk uphill on Marsac Avenue for about 0.2 miles. Historic 1 Marsac Avenue House will be on your right.

If you are near the Park City Library or the Park City High School, you can walk directly to Historic 1 Marsac Avenue House. From the Library, head south on Bonanza Drive, then turn left onto Marsac Avenue. Continue walking uphill for about 0.5 miles until you reach 1 Marsac Avenue, which will be on your left.

For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops. Start at the Park City Mountain Resort and follow the bike path towards Main Street. Continue to the Park City Library area, and then take the route towards Marsac Avenue. Follow Marsac Avenue uphill, and after about a mile, you will arrive at Historic 1 Marsac Avenue House on your left.
