Public Transit (Bus)
If you are in downtown Provo, start by heading to the Provo Central Station located at 200 S University Ave. From there, take Bus Route 831 towards the Utah Valley University. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'University Avenue @ 1600 N' stop. From this stop, transfer to Bus Route 830 towards 'Provo Center Street'. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and disembark at 'Center St @ 4400 W'. Utah Lake State Park will be just a short walk from the bus stop. Look for signs directing you towards the park entrance.
Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, start at the Provo River Trail, which is accessible from various points in Provo. Head south along the trail until you reach the intersection with 1600 N. Turn west onto 1600 N and continue until you reach University Ave. Turn south on University Ave and then west onto Center St. Continue on Center St until you reach 4400 W, where Utah Lake State Park is located. The ride should take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
Walking
If you're close to the center of Provo, you can walk to Utah Lake State Park. Start at the Provo City Library located at 550 N University Ave. Walk west on 500 N until you reach University Ave, then turn south on University Ave. Continue walking until you reach Center St and turn west. Walk along Center St for about 1.5 miles until you reach 4400 W. Utah Lake State Park will be on your left, and the walk should take around 45 minutes.
