Getting There

• Public Transit - Bus

  To reach the Governor's Mansion located at 603 E S Temple St, start by locating the nearest bus stop. If you are in downtown Salt Lake City, head to the Main St & 200 S stop. From there, take the UTA Bus Route 9 towards the University of Utah. After approximately 10-15 minutes, get off at the stop on 600 E & 600 S. Walk east on 600 S for one block, then turn north onto 600 E. Continue walking until you reach the intersection of 600 E and S Temple St. The Governor's Mansion will be on your right.

• Public Transit - TRAX Light Rail

  If you're near a TRAX light rail station, board the Blue Line towards the University of Utah. You can catch the train at various downtown stations, such as the City Center or Gallivan Plaza. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the Temple Square station. From there, exit the station and walk east along S Temple St for about 10 minutes. You will pass the historic Temple Square, and the Governor's Mansion will be on your left at 603 E S Temple St.

• Walking

  If you are in close proximity to the Governor's Mansion, walking is a great option. From downtown Salt Lake City, head east on S Temple St. You can start at the Salt Palace Convention Center, walking towards the east for about 20 minutes. The Mansion is located at 603 E S Temple St, just before the intersection with 600 E. Look for the large historic building set back from the street with a beautiful garden area.

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Simply enter 'Governor's Mansion' or '603 E S Temple St, Salt Lake City, UT 84102' into the app. Drivers will typically pick you up from your current location in downtown Salt Lake City and take you directly to the Mansion. The ride usually takes about 5-10 minutes, depending on traffic.
