If you're in the Uinta Mountains and driving, take US-191 South from any point in the mountains. Continue on US-191 until you reach the town of Dutch John. Once you arrive in Dutch John, look for signs directing you to Flaming Gorge Dam and turn onto UT-44. Follow UT-44 until you reach the Flaming Gorge Dam Visitor Center located at 5995 Flaming Gorge Dam, Dutch John, UT 84023. There is ample parking available at the Visitor Center.
