If you're traveling by car, head to the coordinates Q2C4+FJ, Ingichka, Jizzakh viloyati, Uzbekistan. From Tashkent, take the M-39 highway towards Samarkand. After approximately 150 km, take the exit toward Jizzakh. Continue on the A-373 road for about 70 km until you reach the sign for Aydarkul Lake. Follow local signs to the lake shore. Be aware of the unpaved sections as you get closer to the lake.
