From the center of Dishan Kala, head east towards the main street, which is called 'Kok Gumbaz Street'. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with 'Mustaqillik Street'. Turn left onto Mustaqillik Street and walk for another 300 meters. You will see the Outer City Wall (99M3+WPV) on your right side. The wall is easily recognizable by its impressive structure.
