Turn left onto Navoi Street and continue until you reach the bus station (Avtovokzal). From the bus station, take a local bus to Turakurgon (check for buses with the destination Turakurgon). Once you arrive in Turakurgon, ask locals for directions to the Isʼhoqxon To'ra Ibrat memorial majmuasi. It is a well-known site, and you should be able to find it easily. The memorial is located at the coordinates 41.0051992, 71.5081144, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
