From the center of Namangan, head southwest towards the intersection at the main square (Mustaqillik Square). Once you reach the square, look for the main road that leads south, called Gagarin Street. Walk down Gagarin Street for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Bobur Street. Turn left onto Bobur Street and continue for about 500 meters. You will see a large park area on your right; continue straight ahead until you reach the area marked XHXW+787. Poyushchiy Fontan is located within this vicinity, surrounded by natural beauty.

From the Namangan Bus Station, take any local bus heading towards the city center. Get off at Mustaqillik Square. Once there, transfer to a minibus (marshrutka) heading towards the southern part of the city. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off near Bobur Street. After getting off, walk down Bobur Street for about 500 meters. Poyushchiy Fontan is located at XHXW+787, which is nearby from Bobur Street.
