If you are starting from the central part of Namangan, head towards the main square, which is located near the Namangan Regional Museum. From there, walk south on the main street (Shakhrisabz Street). Continue walking for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Tashkent Street. Here, you will see local shops and eateries. Turn left onto Tashkent Street and continue straight for another 500 meters. Look for the sign pointing towards Poyushchiy Fontan. After passing a few small parks, you will arrive at Poyushchiy Fontan, which is marked by its distinctive fountain and a small gathering area.

From the Namangan central bus station, take Bus Number 1 heading towards the city outskirts. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Fountain Park' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk east for about 300 meters until you reach the main road. Cross the road and continue walking straight for another 200 meters. You will find Poyushchiy Fontan on your right, easily recognizable by its large fountain.
