Walking
Start your journey from the center of Shakhrisabz, specifically from the main square, which is usually bustling with activity. Head south on the main road, which is known as 'Alisher Navoi Street'. Continue walking straight for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with 'Mirzo Ulughbek Street'. At this intersection, turn left and continue walking for about 500 meters. You will pass several local shops and eateries along the way, which can be a great opportunity to grab a quick snack or drink. Keep an eye out for the local signage that indicates you're heading towards the mountains. After 500 meters, you will reach a roundabout. At this roundabout, take the second exit to stay on 'Mirzo Ulughbek Street'. This road will gradually start to ascend as you approach the foothills of the mountains. Continue on this road for about 2 kilometers until you find a trailhead marked with a sign for Taxtaqoracha Dovon. The trail will lead you into the mountainous area, and from this point, follow the signs or local guidance to reach your destination.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in the center of Shakhrisabz. Begin at the main square and cycle south on 'Alisher Navoi Street' for approximately 1 kilometer. When you reach the intersection with 'Mirzo Ulughbek Street', make a left turn. Continue cycling for about 2 kilometers on this road, which will be slightly uphill. You'll pass through a scenic area with local flora and possibly see some traditional homes. After 2 kilometers, you will arrive at a roundabout; take the second exit onto 'Mirzo Ulughbek Street'. Keep cycling straight for another kilometer, and you'll notice the trailhead for Taxtaqoracha Dovon on your right. Secure your bicycle at the designated area and follow the trail into the mountains.
