If you are already in the downtown area, head towards 'Mustakillik' Square. From the square, walk south along 'Navoi Street' for approximately 20 minutes until you reach the intersection with 'Akbarak Street'. Turn left onto Akbarak Street; the Istiqlol Monument will be just ahead on your right.

Locate the nearest bus stop and take bus number 30, which travels towards 'Akbarak'. After about 20 minutes, disembark at the 'Istiqlol' bus stop. From there, the monument is just a short walk away.
