If you are near the Urgench city center, start your journey at the main square (Mustakillik Square). From there, head northeast towards the intersection with Bukhara Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Khorezm Street. Turn left onto Khorezm Street and walk until you see the large roundabout, known as the 'City Circle.' From the roundabout, take the road that leads towards the east (look for signs directing to the Al Beruni Memorial Complex). Keep walking straight for about 1 km, and you will see the Мемориальный комплекс Ал Беруний on your right.
