If you're starting from the center of Urgench, head west on A. Navoi Street. Walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with I. S. Tashkent Street. Turn left onto I. S. Tashkent Street and continue walking for approximately 800 meters. You'll notice the Pamyatnik Voinam Afganistana (Memorial to the Soldiers of Afghanistan) on your right side, just before the roundabout.
