If you are driving from Luganville, take the main road heading north towards the east coast. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the Aore Island ferry terminal. The ferry leaves regularly and the crossing takes about 10 minutes. Upon arriving at Aore Island, you can explore the area on foot or rent a bicycle from local vendors.

From Luganville, you can take a local bus or taxi to the Aore Island ferry terminal. Buses run frequently throughout the day and cost approximately 150 Vanuatu Vatu (VUV). Once you arrive at the terminal, purchase a ferry ticket for around 500 VUV for a round trip. The ferry ride takes about 10 minutes and will take you directly to Aore Island.

For a more comfortable option, you can hire a private taxi from Luganville to the Aore Island ferry terminal. The taxi fare is usually around 2,000 VUV. The driver will take you directly to the terminal, and from there, you can take the ferry to Aore Island.
