Car
If you are driving, start from the capital city, Port Vila. Head east on the main road (Lini Highway) towards the airport. Continue on this road for about 8 kilometers until you reach the junction for Rentapao. Turn left at the junction and follow the signs to Rentapao River. The road will lead you through some scenic landscapes. After approximately 5 kilometers, you will arrive at Rentapao River. There is no entry fee, but make sure to have some cash for any local vendors you might encounter.

To reach Rentapao River via public transportation, catch a bus or minibus from Port Vila heading towards Mele. Buses typically leave from the main bus station in Port Vila. Once aboard, inform the driver that you want to get off at the Rentapao stop; the fare is usually around 200 Vanuatu Vatu (VUV). After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at the Rentapao stop.
