From the Apostolic Palace, head southwest on Via della Conciliazione towards the Tiber River. Continue straight for approximately 600 meters until you reach the bridge Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Lungotevere in Vaticano. After crossing the bridge, turn left onto Via di Monserrato. Continue walking for about 400 meters until you reach Santa Maria in Monserrato degli Spagnoli located at Via di Monserrato, 115. The church will be on your right.

From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 87 towards 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore' and get off at the stop 'Piazza Navona'.
