From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the Vatican Museums entrance. Once outside, head towards the Vatican City gates and exit the Vatican. Continue walking straight down Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge, and you will be in the neighborhood of Borgo. Continue straight and take a right onto Via di Monserrato. Walk along Via di Monserrato for about 10 minutes. Caffè Perù will be on your left at Via di Monserrato, 46.
