Exit the Gregorian Etruscan Museum and head south on Viale Vaticano. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via delle Fondamenta di Castello. Turn left onto Via delle Fondamenta di Castello and walk towards the Vatican City walls. Follow the walls until you reach the entrance to the Vatican Museums. The distance is approximately 1 km and will take around 15 minutes.

Public Transport
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Take Bus Line 49 towards 'Stazione Termini' and get off at the 'Piazza San Pietro' stop. From there, you can walk to the entrance of the Vatican Museums. The entire journey will take about 30 minutes, including waiting time for the bus.

If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from a nearby rental service. Head towards the Centro Servizi Appia Antica located at Via Appia Antica, 58-60. To get there, exit the museum and walk towards the nearest bus stop on Viale Vaticano. Take Bus Line 81 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Get off at 'Porta San Giovanni' and then follow Via Appia Antica until you reach the rental service. This route is approximately 4 km and will take about 30 minutes on a bike.
