Take Line B of the Rome Metro from Termini Station towards Laurentina. Get off at the Garbatella station. From Garbatella, exit the station and walk towards Via delle Sette Chiese. Catch Bus number 671 from the bus stop 'Garbatella/Colle delle Acque' in the direction of 'Appia Antica'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop 'Appia Antica/Via Appia Pignatelli'. From there, it is a short walk of about 5 minutes to Via Appia Antica, 18.
