Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head towards the Vatican City entrance. Once you are outside, turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and continue straight onto Via di Porta Angelica. After another 5 minutes, you will reach the Tiber River. Turn right and follow the riverbank. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach Ponte Palatino. Cross the bridge and head straight onto Via di San Gregorio. After about 10 minutes, turn left onto Clivo di Scauro, and you will find Case Romane del Celio on your right.
Public Transport
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and walk to the nearest bus stop at the end of Viale Vaticano (Bus Stop: Vaticano). Take Bus 81 towards 'Piazza Venezia'. After about 15 minutes, get off at the 'Colosseo' stop. From there, walk straight down Via di San Gregorio for about 10 minutes. Turn left onto Clivo di Scauro, and you will arrive at Case Romane del Celio on your right.

From the Sistine Chapel, you can request a taxi or use a ride-sharing app. Simply enter 'Case Romane del Celio' or the address 'Clivo di Scauro, 00184 Roma RM' as your destination. The driver will take you directly there, which usually takes about 10 minutes, depending on traffic.
